The successful candidate will work closely with our multiple clients to provide consultation on a case-to-case basis regarding their business operations, system design and implementations, evaluating their business requirements, establishing business process optimization, and providing business solutions. 

Requirements:   

• Analyze and understand each client’s      business processes, problems and needs.
• Work as a liaison      for stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements
• Develop and present strategic      recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide      consulting to the organization to Identify & implement process      optimizations.
• Evaluate business      processes, coordinate, and collaborate directly with client’s business      partners to gather requirements, identify pain points, opportunities, and      design systems solutions
• Provide      management level consulting for the full solution delivery lifecycle
• Help define and      identify key measures and performance metric targets.
• Conduct detailed      ROI for the projects of the clients.
• Facilitate change management      initiatives and guide the implementation of new processes or systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional      teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Advise the      business to support the implementation of suggested and recommended      activities to improve business performance.
• Build process      documents, impact analysis, and functional specifications using techniques      of Management Consulting
• Prepare and deliver presentations      to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in management      or related field with Management Consulting experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving,      and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and      presentation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed to      meet and work with various clients of the company on need basis.
